How to register

Using our online form, you can register from anywhere! You need to complete all 3 forms:

• Registration Form
• Participant Agreement
• Media Release

Once all the forms are completed, you can send your registration fee to kellen@majesticsportsclub.ca and we will process your registration.

**Please note: Check your junkmail/spam folders as some players have told us that is where our emails have ended up unfortunately. Thank you.**

We will contact you if there are any problems with your registration.

When to register

You can register at any time, but you may not be able to join a season once it has started.

**DEADLINE** All Players need to register and pay their fees by Friday April 24th 2026 for our upcoming 2026 Summer Season.

Each youth and adult registration includes one custom team jersey. Additional jerseys may be purchased for $20 each. All players are encouraged to bring and wear their official team jersey to games each week to help create a fun and unified team atmosphere throughout the season.

Please take care when selecting your jersey size, as any incorrect sizes ordered will require the purchase of a replacement jersey at the additional cost. We strongly recommend reviewing the Youth and Adult sizing charts carefully to ensure the best fit for your player or yourself.

To ensure our jerseys are ordered, produced and delivered in time for the start of our season, we must receive your player’s jersey size and preferred number no later than Friday, April 24th.

New Custom Water Bottles included with every Youth Player’s registration.
Please indicate the exact name you would like printed if it differs from the name used during online registration. (First name and last initial). Additional water bottles can be purchased for $15/each.
