MAJESTIC SPORTS CLUB (hereafter referred to as MSC) is a recreational sports league created to provide adults and youth in Sackville area an opportunity to enjoy the sport of dodgeball. The Participant has registered to take part in the recreational dodgeball league and by signing this document understands the following: MSC Agrees:

1. to provide a safe indoor venue to conduct league games, All-Star and playoff games.
2. to provide the necessary equipment to play the sport of dodgeball.
3. to provide referees to oversee and enforce the agreed upon rules.
4. to provide a clear set of rules of how the game is to be played including player and referee conduct.
5. to provide a warning to players and/or teams who break the rules and/or infringe upon the enjoyment of other players.
6. to remove players and/or teams who flagrantly break the rules on a regular basis or who conduct themselves in an inappropriate manner that negatively effects the league and/or its reputation.

The Participant Agrees:

1. that they understand that dodgeball is a physical activity that requires a minimum level of physical fitness.
2. that they meet the minimum requirement of physical fitness to play the sport taking into consideration their possible past injuries and current physical state.
3. that they understand the potential risk of playing dodgeball which includes, but is not limited to, strained muscles, tendons, joints, ligaments, bumps and bruises and physical exhaustion. *

* Adult Females only: to the best of my knowledge I am not pregnant at the signing of this agreement. I am aware if I become pregnant that I will notify my team captain and the league to withdraw myself from the league.

4. to provide their own athletic wear such as indoor running shoes.
5. that they will play the sport as per the rules provide by the MSC and may receive a warning or expulsion from the league should they repeatedly infringe upon the rules, negatively effect other players enjoyment, negatively effect the reputation of the league or verbally or physically abuse officials or referees.
6. that they will abide by the rules of the venue in which games are to be played. This includes, but is not limited to, not bringing alcohol of any kind onto school or town property.
7. that they are over the age of majority in Ontario and able to sign this agreement. (Adult League only)
8. that they are signing this agreement of their own free will understanding it will be enforced, or signing for their child for youth league.

This agreement replaces and supersedes any and all previous agreements between the parties. Should any item in this agreement be disputed it will be governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia.
